Pecolift 3.5m working height 2014
Pecolift is a type of Elevated Work Platform (EWP), though it is specifically a non-powered, low-level access platform. Unlike larger EWPs that use hydraulic or electric power, a Pecolift is manually operated by turning a handle.
Non-powered: The platform is raised by a patented manual mechanism, so it doesn't require batteries or electricity to operate.
Compact design: The Pecolift has a small footprint, which allows it to fit through standard doorways and be maneuvered easily in tight indoor spaces.
Safety features: When the platform is elevated, the wheels are automatically locked for stability. The user is also contained within a protected platform, which is a safer alternative to using ladders.

EWP classifications The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) classifies low-level access platforms like the Pecolift as a Push Around Vertical (PAV). This is an ex-hire machine that has been serviced as an EWP with regular 6month COFs. Unclear if it needs a 10 year inspection under NZ rules.
