Seems simple but so often this is not the case anymore, especially with large companies trying to cut costs with automated phone systems instead of qualified staff.
We recently asked our customers why they deal with us and the common theme was “You always answer your phone”. We thought everyone did, but on reflection it was obvious that simple customer service has become a victim of cost cutting.
We make it easy for clients purchase or hire equipment and we never walk away from a problem. What makes things easier still is when clients become friends and we come up with ideas and solutions that add value to both businesses. That fact is, people do business with people they like and its difficult to like a company who never answers their phone.
